Clearing up

Hi there,

When we forget to be mindful, we can walk around collecting all sorts of mental rubbish. It's a bit like an old rubbish tip by the time we want to sleep. But lying with a rubbish tip isn't the easiest way to sleep. So maybe, really looking at the rubbish, deciding if it is something you want to keep or, not! Then let it go on the out breath, simply returning and piece by piece letting go. If it lingers, breathe it in - and let it go on the out breath, breath by breath, by breath.

The end has arrived……………………………………

The breaking of a bond.

We came bringing the gifts of life to the table;

We shared our lives, our thoughts, our fears;

Together we laughed and we cried;

We were guided with wisdom, warmth and love.

And trod unknown paths of revelation.

Do with it what you will…………………

It won’t be easy, but what rewards?

As new friends we parted with sadness and hope.

We all hold the light gently in our hands,

don’t let it go out.
