"I did a one day workshop with Viviene two years ago – it was fantastic and I am still using the techniques learned!" 

You are invited to sample some techniques and methods used on the 8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR/CT) programme, learning to cope with stress and difficulties. You will be introduced to the course, and will investigate staying with what's happening in the moment in a variety of ways. This demonstrates how MBSR/CT helps us cope better with work, home, family, in everyday life. Through these practices it is possible to experience yourself in a different way. A silent eating practice will help to deepen your experience.

The fee covers an in-depth telephone orientation (to assess whether this is right for you just now); the introductory workshop; a CD/MP3 of two short meditation practices; all written materials and two weeks support pluss supporting emails over two weeks.

On receipt of your registration and fee I will contact you to arrange a time for  your orientation for the day. If you decide to continue, you'll confirmation of your place and further information. During the next 7 days, should you decide not to continue, then  £30 administration will be retained and the remainder of your fee  returned to you.

Periodically, when there is sufficient demand, I run short taster programs. These are two and a half hours long. The group participation £60 fee covers which introductory mindfulness session, a short CD of a meditation practice, a Work Book and 1 week practice support. These can also be ideal for organisations.
